Never ones to follow the crowd, our old fashioned comes with a twist… rum.

We take Mount Gay Black Barrel, an incredible rum from Barbados matured in American Whiskey casks and then finished in charred Bourbon casks, gently infuse it with orange zest and then mix it with golden sugar and bitters.

For us, it takes the complexity and smoothness of a bourbon old fashioned and adds the joy and vibrancy of the Caribbean. Throw in our jazzy funky playlist and you’re well on your way to a party.

Serve very cold over ice, garnished with a dried orange wheel or orange zest whilst listening to the Rum Old Fashioned playlist – a mix of modern jazzy funk tracks inspired by our travels. Time to get your funk on.
