Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc Dom. Claude Nouveau

A full display of citrus (lime in particular), fresh, herbal, tropical fruits and a touch of gingerbread. A crisp and dry palate with high acidity. Very clear, steely and mineral.
