Ballasalla Pinot Noir, Central Otago

This is a lighter, slightly more juicy Pinot than the Estate wine, made for earlier drinking. There’s plenty of fresh juicy berry & cherry fruit, subtle spice, little savoury hints and a lovely acidity. It’s fresh balanced and delicious, made with real care and attention.
