Au Bon Climat Hildegard

A blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Aligoté. Aromas of vanilla and hazelnuts followed by a mouth filling richness. High acidity, with stone fruits, with hints of butter and oak, finishing with a little minerality.
