England’s first and only (to our knowledge!) non-traditional method sparkling wine producer. This is a fizz made in the same manner as Prosecco, utilising the Charmat method – with no extended period of ageing on lees, as with traditional method sparkling. That means this wine is pure crunchy green apple and soft peach, soft and fresh and dangerously drinkable – and at a great price. Very satisfying, on all fronts.
